Hi Parents, What another great weekend of weather. Hopefully you were able to get out and about and have some fun. Quote of the Week: PARENT INFORMATION NIGHT: The parent information night will be tomorrow night as I’m sure you are all aware of. The evening will begin in the hall at 5:00pm for important whole school information. At 5:30pm , Year 6 parents will make their way to the Year 6 classroom for classroom information. It would be great if there was at least 1 representative from each family present, as I will be covering our home learning routines and if we are all on the same page, there will be less confusion. SWIMMING TRIALS: Just a reminder that swimming trials are tomorrow. We will leave the school at approximately 10:00am and return before lunch time. If you wanted to cheer on the students, we will be swimming between 11:00am and 12:00pm. HOME LEARNING: A reminder that our first ‘2 week’ home learning cycle has started today. The children

Hi Parents, Welcome to the first blog post for Twenty Nineteen! The Year 6’s have had a great start to the year and you should all be very proud of what they have been able to achieve as leaders of the school. Starting from next week, the blog will be posted every fortnight on a Monday. The reason for this is because our home learning cycle is run over two weeks (refer to section on home learning for more information). I use the blog as a way to keep you informed on any events that are coming up as well as the learning that will be covered over that fortnight. An event or matter which requires its own blog post will occur throughout the year. Please try your best to read relevant sections of the blog with your child so that they are aware of anything that they need to know.  I hope you have a great week!
