Hi Parents, Week Two has begun and we have a wonderful week of weather ahead.  Quote of the Week: INTERSCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY CARNIVAL Congratulations to the students that are representing the school this Thursday. It looks like they will have no excuses with fantastic weather on the cards. Good luck to all who are competing. FAMILY CAMP ART The Year Six students have been asked to design a logo for the 2019 Family Camp. Submissions will be open for the next 2 weeks. LIONS INTERNATIONAL PEACE POSTER COMPETITION The theme to this year’s competition is ‘JOURNEY OF PEACE’. You child is asked to create a poster that visually communicates the contest’s theme. All submissions need to be handed in by Friday of Week 9. HOME LEARNING / DIARIES A new fortnight of home learning has begun. Please take the time to sit down with your child and discuss their planning for the next two weeks. The following should be included in the diary: Everyday: ·   

Hi parents, This term I will be reading a novel by Morris Gleitzman - 'Once'. The novel has won awards and delicately addresses themes associated with the Holocaust. Hi Parents, Welcome back to another term. I hope you all had a fantastic break, whether it was here, up north or abroad. Just a quick blog to say hi. Our normal blogging schedule will return next week and be posted on even weeks this term. Please excuse the empty headings. Quote of the Week: INTERSCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY CARNIVAL Students from Year’s 5 – 6 will be representing the school next Thursday (1 st August) at the Cross Country Carnival. If your child was selected to participate, they will receive a note today, which needs to be signed and returned to me ASAP. CONFIRMATION Please be aware that the student / parent workshop will be held this term on Wednesday, 28 th August followed by the Sacrament Enrolment Mass on Saturday, 31 st August . The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated next term on Saturday, 26 th October . TERM TWO NUMERACY TEST Both the Term One and Term Two Numeracy tests can found on One Note via the Content Li
