Week 9 Update

Good afternoon parents, We are coming to the end of a busy term and I am looking forward to meeting with you this week to discuss your child's progress. It would be great if your child is able to attend so that they can be aware of and involved in all conversations around their learning.  During our meetings I will be asking your child how they think they are going and what areas they might need to improve on. If you have not put your name down, I ask that you please do so as soon as possible. I am happy to meet with you next week if the available times do not suit. Holy Week - During Week 10 we will be gathering together to go through the Stations of the Cross in preparation for Holy Week on the holidays. We will meet in the Hall each morning at 9am - it would be wonderful if you could join us if you are able. The Year 6's will be presenting the 13th and 14th Station on Friday 7th April . I will be sending home readings with the appropriate children throughout the w

Good afternoon, Welcome to Week 8. My apologies for missing the last part of last week...I picked up an infection in my tooth of all things as well as a sinus infection...couch time for me! I will place a schedule up in class for you to place your name in ready for tomorrow morning . I would like students to be in attendance as I feel it is important that they are a part of the conversation around their learning and behaviour. I would like to hear from them how they think they are going so that they can contribute their thoughts on ways they can continue to improve. Interviews will be 15 minutes long, if we need to speak longer than this we can arrange an alternative time to meet. If you are unable to attend during any of the allocated times, please let me know and we can arrange another time. Camp - I will be sending infor

A very big thank you to all the parents that  came and helped out at Peron Reserve last Friday. It was a great experience for the students to be involved in a long running tradition and to be able to share it was great! OUR LEARNING  Today we have Jess Andony coming in to speak with us about sustainable farming practices within the dairy industry. This has been the topic of our learning during our Design Technology lessons. The students will be asked to take notes during the presentation which will then help them to create a Pic Collage to share what they have learnt. Students are continuin
