MUSICAL REMINDERS


JUNGLE BOOK NIGHT PERFORMANCES.

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your invaluable support in make-up, hair and dressing, before and during our matinee performance. It was a success and the feedback from the audience for the costumes, make-up and hair has been very positive. I was very proud of the children in their first show with an audience and hope you will recognise the efforts of all the children that come together to make “JUNGLE BOOK” a great performance. Don’t forget to buy your tickets online!

The following is a reminder list for the children for Thursday and Friday evening.
·       Make-up is to start at 4.30pm with the ELEPHANT BRIGADE, Colonel Hathi and Winifred.
·       MONKEYS TROOP and King Louie to arrive from 4.45pm.           
·       JUNGLE/TREE CHORUS 5.00pm.
·       ALL PRINCIPAL PARTS TO PLEASE BE AT SCHOOL BY 5PM TO PUT ON MICROPHONES BEFORE MAKE-UP.
·       VULTURES AND WOLVES 5.30 make-up and hair.
·       COSTUMES to be put on, starting at 6pm.

A REQUEST FROM OUR MAKE UP TEAM, PLEASE APPLY MASCARA AND EYE LINER TO YOUR CHILD BEFORE SENDING THEM ALONG.  WE ONLY HAVE A LIMITED SUPPLY SO ANY DONATIONS OF THESE TO OUR MAKE-UP KIT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Children do not need shoes on the night, however, if wearing socks, could they please be clean and matching. It isn’t the best, looking at two different coloured socks. Children should know by now if they need grey socks (elephants) and Vultures socks (supplied).
All children need to bring their own water bottle, with name on!
Also a warm zip or button up jacket and a blanket if it is really cold, Supper will be served at 7.30pm.

Term 1, Week 9

Hi Parents and students, What a great weekend to be down south! So special to be able to witness such a unique swell direction and see the whole coastline light up. Can’t wait for the next cyclone swell in 9 years! Affirmation of the Week: Camp: I am still on the hunt for some dad volunteers for the Year 6 camp. Let me know if you are interested. Chrism Mass: Please make sure your child has brought their permission slip into me tomorrow morning. Some children have suggested that they have misplaced their note. I have said to them to have Mum or Dad write a note that they give them permission to travel by bus, to and from St Patrick’s Cathedral in Bunbury. Please refer to the ‘Chrism Mass Blog’ for any other info. Holy Week: The Year 5’s and 6’s will be presenting their part of Holy Week celebrations on Wednesday morning at 9:00am in the hall. Final Reminders for Tomorrow

Good afternoon, Just a couple of reminders for tomorrow... Students are to come in free dress with clothing appropriate for the beach...thongs are fine.  Please make sure your child comes with suncream already applied, packed recess and lunch, towel and a hat. All students must wear a rashie! We will arrive at the beach at 11.45am. We will have lunch when we arrive and then we will hit the activities. You are welcome to join us for any part of the day...your child permitting!! We will be departing at approximately 2.30pm to come back to school.  Reports will be handed to the students back at school at the end of the day. Students are welcome to bring their Leavers shirts and graduation books to be signed. They can bring iPads to get the last of the photos from Tuesday...they will be deleted on Monday.
