A Few Reminders

Good afternoon!

 Just a few important dates and reminders:

 Wednesdaydy 12th August - Fr Tony will be coming to visit the students at 1.30pm to spend some time with them discussing their preparations for Confirmation and spend time getting to know the children before the big day.

 Thursday 13th August - Assumption Mass. We will be gathering together at 9am to celebrate this special event in our calendar. It would be wonderful to see as many parents as possible there. Please ask your child if they have been given a reading and if you can make sure they practice reading it out loud leading up to Thursday.

 Friday 14th August - this week we have the Year 3 Assembly and it will also be the Year 1 Cake Stall...please bring your wallet to pick up something yummy for afternoon tea! All money raised is used to purchase resources for the class hosting.

 Year Books - these are now under way and the students are very excited! I will endeavour to give the students time each day to select photos so that the process is smooth! We will work on these on Friday afternoons from 1.30 - 2.15pm unless we have Jo Edmonds joining us for our Mindfulness practice.

 Module 5 Maths Tests - these are being sent home today for you to have a look at. Can I please ask that you sign and return these to school.

Good afternoon, Welcome to Week 6...I can't believe how quickly the term is getting away from us! Notes - Graduation Dinner, iMovie Night & Adventure World Thank you to those who have returned notes. If you have any to return, can you please send them in by the due date. I have placed copies of all notes sent home last week on the blog. Term 1, Week 9

Hi Parents and students, What a great weekend to be down south! So special to be able to witness such a unique swell direction and see the whole coastline light up. Can’t wait for the next cyclone swell in 9 years! Affirmation of the Week: Camp: I am still on the hunt for some dad volunteers for the Year 6 camp. Let me know if you are interested. Chrism Mass: Please make sure your child has brought their permission slip into me tomorrow morning. Some children have suggested that they have misplaced their note. I have said to them to have Mum or Dad write a note that they give them permission to travel by bus, to and from St Patrick’s Cathedral in Bunbury. Please refer to the ‘Chrism Mass Blog’ for any other info. Holy Week: The Year 5’s and 6’s will be presenting their part of Holy Week celebrations on Wednesday morning at 9:00am in the hall. Final Reminders for Tomorrow

Good afternoon, Just a couple of reminders for tomorrow... Students are to come in free dress with clothing appropriate for the beach...thongs are fine.  Please make sure your child comes with suncream already applied, packed recess and lunch, towel and a hat. All students must wear a rashie! We will arrive at the beach at 11.45am. We will have lunch when we arrive and then we will hit the activities. You are welcome to join us for any part of the day...your child permitting!! We will be departing at approximately 2.30pm to come back to school.  Reports will be handed to the students back at school at the end of the day. Students are welcome to bring their Leavers shirts and graduation books to be signed. They can bring iPads to get the last of the photos from Tuesday...they will be deleted on Monday.
